We are a focused sub-brand of First Choice Roof Repairs Ltd, a roofing company based in Haddington, East Lothian. That roofing background means we understand how roofs, render, and exterior surfaces are constructed, and we know which cleaning methods are appropriate for different materials and conditions.

Every job starts with an assessment. We look at the surface type, the level of growth or staining, the access, and the condition of the property before recommending a cleaning approach. We do not apply the same method to every job, because not every surface responds to the same treatment.

Our primary focus is the Scottish Borders. We chose to specialise in this area because the region's mix of traditional stone buildings, slate roofs, rendered walls, and hard surfaces demands a careful, surface-led approach rather than a one-size-fits-all service.
